Day 6. I am becoming much more comfortable with them. I know they don’t look good yet to everyone else and I know it will take patience.but it’s so freeing to really just forget about my hair!

Day… 3? There’s a ton of loose hair on that side but the front part is intentional. I’m not worried about the loose curls mixed in though, they’ll find their homes eventually :) My head isn’t as puffy as it was. Typically when I have to leave the house I’ve been putting half of it up, because I’ve looked like a halloween witch wig, haaa. At work I have to put it all up so since they don’t really look like dreads, I just kind of look liiiike a frizzy mess. Aesthetics are never my concern so that’s not an issue for me. I’m just so excited to watch this process. I know I’m way more impatient than the average human so the dreading journey will be a lesson to me. I’m stoked.
